An update on the Group Trustee nomination/election process

Given the levels of activity around ongoing projects, the Company considers it appropriate to propose an extension to the current period of office for the four Elected Group Trustees (member nominated trustees) for nine months, as permitted under the RWE Group rules. Such an extension would mean that the four Elected Group Trustees would continue in office until 30 June 2027.

The nomination/election process will not therefore need to run this Autumn as previously anticipated, and will instead be revisited before the extended period of office for the four Elected Group Trustees expires in June 2027.
